The Church of God (Seventh Day) International Federation is the global church entity, emerging from the previous International Ministerial Congress.
Established in 1978 with the purpose of uniting the international church, supporting doctrinal unity, and coordinating its evangelistic mission, the church now has members in 47 nations and contacts in 100+ countries.
The International Federation Annual Sabbath takes place on the first or second Sabbath of each November. Participants learn about the progress of the international church, have opportunity to pray for specific needs, and understand how they can be regularly involved. Congregations in every country are encouraged to generously take up an offering in order to support the church's international work in providing leadership training, theological training, mobilising missionaries, development of evangelism and discipleship materials for use in diverse cultures, church planting in regions of the world where we have opportunities, and of judiciously developing the infrastructure needed for a vibrant 21st century church in Christ.

It is with great joy that we announce November 2026 as "World Mission Emphasis Month." Last year the Lord led us under the theme of "Global Impact: Our Mandate." This year, we are building on that foundation as we focus on the very lifeblood of the Church.
Our 2026 theme is “From the Heart to the Harvest.” When God’s heart becomes our heart, we become a sending church. Jesus said, “the fields are white for harvest” (John 4:35). Missions is not an event; it is who we are. We live it because the love of Christ compels us. We would like to suggest that over four Sabbaths or during your mid-week services, we journey together as we explore a weekly focus. Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding of what it truly means to be part of God’s harvest and to move, together, from the heart to the harvest.
Week 1: FROM GOD’S HEART – Understanding God’s Heart for the Nations. We start where missions start- with God. When we see the world through His eyes, our hearts begin to break for what breaks Him.
Week 2: FROM OUR HEART – A Personal Commitment to the Mission. Mission isn’t just for someone else. This week we respond personally surrendering our time, gifts, and lives to God’s purpose.
Week 3: TO THE HANDS – Equipping and mobilizing the Church to Pray, Give, Go, Send. A heart for the world needs hand work. We will learn how every member can be involved through prayer, generosity, going and sending.
Week 4: TO THE HARVEST – Reaching the World with the Gospel. From God’s heart, through our hearts and our hands, now to the harvest, we step out to share Jesus with the world around us.
How Your Congregation Can Participate:
Preach & Teach – Use the theme and weekly sub-topics in sermons, Sabbath School, and youth services. Pray – Set aside time each week to pray for our missionaries, unreached peoples, and local outreach. Give – Receive a special World Missions Offering to support global and home mission work.
Go & Send – Highlight testimonies and commission members for local and global service.
May this month stir our hearts afresh. May we not just talk about missions, but live it. May God take His heart and place it in ours, so that through us He can reach the harvest. Thank you for your faithfulness, your prayers, and your partnership in the Gospel. Let us stand together this month and declare: From the Heart to the Harvest.
In the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,
Robert Crawford, President
As family partnering together and defined in Christ alone, the International Federation of the Church of God (Seventh Day) celebrates this distinctiveness on the first Sabbath every November.
Thus every year the Annual Sabbath in November is a day dedicated to the blessing and the work of the Church of God (Seventh Day) International Federation throughout the world. It's a time of refection and reviewing all God has been doing in our midst, sharing photos and videos of baptisms, new church plants, commissioning of faithful men into service, retirement, different missions and ministries, as well as looking forward, upward and outward.
An offering is also taken up in each fellowship throughout the world in a spirit of partnership and stewardship, so that the International Federation may be further and better equipped to minister among us all.
It's also a time of the year when annual reports are submitted, giving greater detail and insight into the everyday walk of faith of our brothers and sisters throughout the world.
Send us your photos or videos of church life in your area (baptisms, anniversaries, celebrations, evangelism and mission opportunities) from the past year and we would be honoured to feature them in this section of the International Federation website.
